Couples and relationship therapy
Relationships can be deeply meaningful and rewarding, but they can also experience periods of stress, conflict, disconnection, or change. I understand that many couples seek support not because they have failed, but because they want to better understand one another and improve the way they communicate and relate.
I provide a safe, supportive, and balanced space where both individuals can feel heard, respected, and understood. My role is not to take sides or place blame, but to support open communication, emotional understanding, and healthier patterns within the relationship.
Couples and relationship therapy can support couples through difficulties, including communication challenges, conflict, trust issues, emotional disconnection, intimacy concerns, life transitions, parenting pressures, betrayal, and recovery from difficult experiences together.
I recognise that relationships are complex and influenced by past experiences, attachment styles, stress, trauma, and individual emotional needs. Therapy can help identify unhelpful cycles, strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and create space for honest and meaningful conversations.
Whether you are hoping to rebuild a connection, work through difficulties, or strengthen an already healthy relationship, I aim to provide a calm and non-judgmental environment where positive change and understanding can begin to develop.
