Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for trainee counsellors, qualified therapists, and other professionals working within emotionally demanding or clinical roles. I believe supervision should feel supportive, collaborative, reflective, and professionally containing, whilst also encouraging growth, accountability, and ethical practice.

My approach to supervision is warm, relational, and grounded in creating a safe space where you feel able to think openly about your work, explore challenges, celebrate strengths, and develop confidence within your professional role.

I support supervisees with a wide range of clinical presentations, including trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, risk, safeguarding, anxiety, OCD, bereavement, and relational difficulties. Alongside clinical work, supervision may also explore professional identity, boundaries, self-care, ethical dilemmas, organisational pressures, and emotional impact.

I understand that working therapeutically or within caring professions can be both rewarding and emotionally demanding. Supervision, therefore, provides an important space for reflection, support, and professional development.

I work with trainee therapists requiring placement supervision, qualified practitioners seeking ongoing professional support, and other clinical or helping professionals who would benefit from reflective supervision within their role.

I aim to create a supervision relationship that feels safe, constructive, ethically grounded, and supportive of both personal and professional growth.
