About Me
Hi, I'm Carolyn.
If trauma, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or relationship struggles are affecting your life, you don’t have to face them alone.
I specialise in working with complex trauma, dissociation, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D), OCD, couples therapy, and supervision, offering a warm, safe space to explore and heal at your own pace.
I offer a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and explore what’s happening in your life. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe for you, helping you develop understanding, stability, and practical ways to move forward.
